Description
Step onto vertical Himalayan granite and discover the purest form of mountaineering. Located on the ancient granite crags of Aleo and Vashisht, this hands-on climbing clinic trains you in 3-point contact, foot edging, finger crack jams, dynamic balance, and top-rope belaying. Guided by certified Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) instructors with world-class UIAA equipment, crash pads, and climbing shoes.
THE GLACIATED EXPEDITION ROUTE
Ascend through the raw Keylong and Darcha outpost, setting high camps along the formidable Milang Glacier moraine before confronting the summit ridge pyramid.
WILDERNESS SAFETY & AMS PROTOCOLS
Every batch is monitored with fingertip pulse oximeters twice daily, portable medical oxygen cylinders, Gamow hyperbaric protocol, and satellite communication checkpoints.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
1 DaysDesigned for optimal acclimatization and scenic golden hours
Gather at Aleo Climbing Rocks at 09:30 AM. Get fitted with specialized high-friction climbing shoes, an adjustable climbing harness, chalk bag, and helmet. Start with a 30-minute knot-tying and rope management masterclass. Warm up on low-ball bouldering problems to cultivate balance and trust in your rubber edges. Move to the main granite wall on a secure top-rope anchor. Test your focus as you find natural crimps, footholds, and jugs to conquer the vertical slab. Take a summit photo 60ft up overlooking the valley, and learn to abseil or get lowered back to base.
