Description

Take the ultimate leap of faith in the Himalayas! Standing on a cantilever bridge platform suspended 55+ meters above a roaring glacial mountain river gorge, peer over the edge into sheer space. THE GLACIATED EXPEDITION ROUTE

Ascend through the raw Keylong and Darcha outpost, setting high camps along the formidable Milang Glacier moraine before confronting the summit ridge pyramid.

WILDERNESS SAFETY & AMS PROTOCOLS

Arrive at the Cravel Jump Zone in Bahang Valley at 11:00 AM. Complete an electronic weight check and medical declaration. Store all jewelry, coins, and loose items in secure lockers. Ascend the steel staircase to the open-air cantilever jump platform jutting out over the gorge. Get strapped into customized padded ankle harnesses connected to dual safety cords, plus a secondary chest harness. Walk to the very edge of the platform and look straight out at the Himalayan peaks. Listen for the Jump Master countdown: "3... 2... 1... BUNGEE!" Leap boldly outward with open arms, feel the wind scream past in total freefall, and enjoy smooth elastic rebounds before being safely lowered onto the dropzone recovery platform.

Trail Etiquette: What To Do & What NOT To Do

Essential mountaineering ethics to protect fragile Himalayan ecosystems and ensure a safe summit

✓

What To Do (Trail Do's)

Essential
Look straight forward at the horizon during the countdown, not down at the ground
Dive outward horizontally like an eagle diving into the wind
Empty all pockets completely before walking out onto the platform
Listen carefully and follow the Jump Master’s countdown without hesitating
✕

What NOT To Do (Trail Don'ts)

Prohibited
Do not hesitate or step back once the countdown has begun
Never jump feet first; a diving posture ensures the smoothest cord catch
Do not attempt to grab the bungee cord during the initial freefall descent
No open footwear, slip-ons, or unbuckled wristbands allowed on platform

"The acclimatization schedule on Mulkila was calculated with extreme surgical precision. Our IMF certified lead captain was constantly checking SpO2 levels and snow anchors. Summit day felt safe despite the 55° ice wall. Best expedition outfit in the Himalayas."
