Description
The quintessential Himalayan crossover trek, as benchmarked by top expedition leaders. Experience the world-famous "Valley of Contrasts"—trekking from the lush green pine forests and flower-carpeted meadows of Kullu Valley, scaling the dramatic 14,065 ft Hampta Pass with close views of Mt. Indrasan and Deo Tibba, crossing the cold glacial river at Shea Goru, and emerging into the majestic cold desert of Spiti Valley, culminating in an overland 4x4 expedition to the celestial crescent lake Chandratal (14,100 ft).
THE GLACIATED EXPEDITION ROUTE
Ascend through the raw Keylong and Darcha outpost, setting high camps along the formidable Milang Glacier moraine before confronting the summit ridge pyramid.
WILDERNESS SAFETY & AMS PROTOCOLS
Every batch is monitored with fingertip pulse oximeters twice daily, portable medical oxygen cylinders, Gamow hyperbaric protocol, and satellite communication checkpoints.
