Description

One of the most remote, demanding, and untouched wilderness treks in the western Himalayas. Connecting the Kullu Valley to Kangra via the roadless, ancient medieval village of Bara Bhangal, this expedition crosses two formidable 16,000 ft passes—Kalihani Pass and Thamsar Pass—following ancient Gaddi shepherd trails.

THE GLACIATED EXPEDITION ROUTE

Ascend through the raw Keylong and Darcha outpost, setting high camps along the formidable Milang Glacier moraine before confronting the summit ridge pyramid.

WILDERNESS SAFETY & AMS PROTOCOLS

Every batch is monitored with fingertip pulse oximeters twice daily, portable medical oxygen cylinders, Gamow hyperbaric protocol, and satellite communication checkpoints.

Capt. Siddharth R.

"The acclimatization schedule on Mulkila was calculated with extreme surgical precision. Our IMF certified lead captain was constantly checking SpO2 levels and snow anchors. Summit day felt safe despite the 55° ice wall. Best expedition outfit in the Himalayas."

Response from cravel.in Captain

Thank you Siddharth! Safety protocols and gradual altitude gain on the Milang Glacier are our absolute top priority.

"Standing on the M4 pinnacle at 6,517m with the Spiti, Zanskar, and Pir Panjal massifs stretching into infinity was a spiritual experience. The Swiss shoreline tents and high-calorie nutrition were incredible for recovery."

Response from cravel.in Captain

Congratulations on summiting M4 Ananya! Our mountain chefs loved keeping the team fueled with warm nutritious meals.
